A FREE LIVE CLASS WITH sabrina zohar
What the people who finally found it did differently…
and it wasn't an app, a rule, or a text they sent.

I host one of the top dating podcasts in the world, and the question I get more than any other is not how do I meet someone.
It's why does this keep happening to me?
You can name your
attachment style in under
four seconds…. and it ended
the way it always ends.
In 60 minutes I'm going to show you why,
and what to do about it.

Monday November 2nd
12PM EST, 09AM PST
We'll only text you reminders for the live class. No phone calls, no spam, EVER.

Athena
“I’ve loved every minute of learning from you. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
I can’t stop talking about your content. It’s so nice getting this self-help information from someone who’s been right there in the trenches, literally.”
Claire
The secret Sabrina is using to help her clients find the love and life of their dreams, isn’t about more dating rules or hacks. It’s about…

Hi there…
It's 2026, and love is harder than it's ever been. The apps. The podcasts. The screenshots. And now… ChatGPT… a robot that will answer you every single time and never once tell you the truth.
You know what I'm talking about.
Eleven p.m. Takeout containers still on the counter. You've read his message fourteen times and it still says the same eight words. So you screenshot it, open a new tab, paste it into ChatGPT, and type: what does this mean.

Then, further down the thread, smaller: am I being too much.
And it answers you. It always answers you. You feel better for about forty minutes.
The group chat used to fall asleep. ChatGPT doesn't.
This eleven p.m. habit? It doesn't just fail to help. It trains the exact opposite of what you need.
Asking it to interpret their text hands over your own read.
Asking it to draft your reply hands over your voice.
Asking whether to stay hands over your choice.
Those three things are staying power. And you're giving all three away, most nights, for free, and it feels like "doing the work," because it looks like analysis.
It isn't your fault. The thing was built to keep you asking, and reaching for it is the most rational move available to a body nobody ever trained.
But the work happens in the body. A chat window can't get there.

for the skill nobody taught you - and why it explains your last three relationships better than your attachment style ever did.

each taught through its opposite, so you can work out in real time which one is yours. (Most people have one. Some have all three. Nobody has none.)

years of therapy, hundreds of podcast episodes, and a full understanding of your pattern haven't changed who you end up with … and no, it isn't that you didn't try hard enough.

you've probably done this week, what it's quietly costing you, and why almost nobody is talking about it yet.

… in your body, in under two minutes, at the exact moment the spike hits.

… and what changes in your dating life the week you start asking the other one instead.

He'd been taken to a wilderness program at three in the morning. By seven, my father had left with another woman.
Nobody asked me how I was. Not that day. Not that week.
So I did what kids do when they're left alone with something that big; I made up an explanation. If the people closest to me can vanish without warning, then I'd better hold on hard to anyone who stays.
That was the map. I followed it for the next twenty years. Into every relationship where love was something I had to earn, prove, and then monitor myself constantly to keep.
I did the therapy. I could explain all of it at a dinner party - which parent produced which behavior, in order. And I still could not stop doing the behavior. I'm typing this now and my chest still does something.
What finally changed was not another explanation. It was building the thing nobody had ever named for me.

Word for word texts!
The clarity text when they’ve gone inconsistent
The ending-it text when you're done
The "I'm not feeling this" text you send instead of ghosting
The two-line reply for a cancelled plan that isn't a
passive-aggressive novel
How to tell the difference between real interest and a
dopamine hit you're calling connection
What to do in the hour after you hit send instead of watching
the three dots

“I just wanted you to know how much you and your content have helped me. I just got out of a relationship with a narcissist, who is also my boss, so things have been messy. I pretty much listen to you every time I’m in the car, and you’ve helped me a ton. You’re making a difference in people’s lives, and I adore you and your content. I had to let you know how appreciated you are!”
Madison
"Finally, someone I’ve shared my struggles with sent me your content, and WOW. I’ll be honest, you’re gonna cry a lot and even wanna shame yourself for how you’ve handled things before. Don’t worry, she’ll guide you through the shame too, lol. But for the first time in my life, I feel like I might turn out okay. I have a lot to work through, but I found my path, and now I just gotta walk it. THANK YOU, SABRINA! You’re incredible.”
Morgan

You need 60 minutes and somewhere to take notes.
The way you love is not the problem here … so let's stop handing it to people who are still making up their minds.
