About
THE WHOLE STORY… mess INCLUDED.
I didn't set out to become
a dating coach. I set out to survive my own love life, and I started talking about the attempt out loud.
Host of The Sabrina Zohar Show, author of Why Am I Like This?,
and coach to a few million people who keep asking the same question I used to ask my ceiling at 2am: why do I keep doing this?
I'm not a therapist, and I've never pretended to be. What I am is proof that the patterns wrecking your relationships were learned (programmed into you before you had a say), and that they can be unlearned.
Not with affirmations. Not with another quiz about your attachment style. With the messy, unglamorous work I did myself and now teach people to do every single day.

I was ten, my feet barely reaching the floor, when my mother told me my brother was gone… taken to a wilderness program at three in the morning.
My father left with another woman by seven. Nobody asked how I was, so I built a blueprint out of the wreckage and followed it into every relationship for the next twenty years.
(The long version is chapter one of the book.)

I spent years in the industry, and in 2017 I founded SoftWear, a sustainable loungewear brand made in the USA; Watching her fight reorganized what I was willing to wait for.

I started talking about my dating life online: The anxiety, the spirals, the patterns I couldn't out-think, and it spread like wildfire. I wasn't the only one.

Do The Work, which became The Sabrina Zohar Show; now in the top 0.05% of podcasts globally. The rest you can press play on.

(the one you can copy-paste)
Sabrina Zohar is a dating and relationship coach, host of The Sabrina Zohar Show. It's a top 0.05% global podcast with 650,000 monthly listeners. She is also the author of Why Am I Like This?. She has coached more than 2,000 clients and built an audience of over five million by talking honestly about repeating relationship patterns: where they come from, why insight alone doesn't change them, and what does. Her work combines psychology, attachment theory, neuroscience and nervous system regulation, board certified and licensed psychologists. She has appeared on The Tamron Hall Show and The Drew Barrymore Show, and been featured in the Los Angeles Times, Newsweek, Glamour, HuffPost, and Bustle.
I bring the same no-BS conversation to stages, screens, and campaigns that I bring to the podcast. I've done The Tamron Hall Show and Drew Barrymore, and I partner with brands my audience actually trusts, because I won't put my name on anything I wouldn't hand to my own community. Keynotes, panels, media appearances, podcast guesting, brand collaborations, if it's real, I'm interested.

Every reel, every episode,
every course I make runs on
the same handful of convictions.
If we're going to spend time
together (and I hope we are),
you should know what they are.

Both things are true at once, and
I will never hand you just one of them.
I’m going to tell it like it is, because
compassion without accountability
keeps you comfortable.
Your pattern came from
somewhere real; real people, real events,
real lessons you absorbed before you
could question them. Naming where it
came from is how the self-blame ends.

You can know your attachment style
cold and still text him at midnight.
Knowing lives in your head. The pattern lives in your body, and that's where the work happens.
No perfect partner, no perfect
moment, no rescue. You've got today.
The person you've been waiting for permission from is you, and the time
to bet on yourself is now.
I'll never pretend to be one, and if you're in crisis, a
licensed professional comes before anything I teach.
What I offer is the lived, practical, in-the-trenches work
alongside the experts, never instead of them.
